This winter should literally be called the winter of awesome finds, because it feels like I´ve found something special every time at we've visited a fleamarket now. Here's some of the newest finds, from the three or so last trips. And not one of them cost more than 3 euros..it must be my lucky number, I like everything in series of three, so there must be something about it! :D
I have to thank Anna for these, again. Old but still beautiful, Finnish vintage shoes made in Tampere. Not in excellent vintage condition, but still wearable and as I think, many times aging is part of the charm of things.
Few little purses to store my make-up thingies, nailpolishes and lipsticks and so on.. a soft leather one and another with lovely black roses and again, red inner draping.
A bigger black leather bag. I really don't need any more bags, but they just sort of find me..like "ah, I don't have a bag just like this yet, so I must need it, right? It's so cheap and beautiful and you can't find a bag just like this in any stores nowadays, right?" Love the snake skin-like corners, my excuse for buying this bag........
The Perfect hang out-shirt, Marimekko's polkadot cotton shirt. Wore this at home like three days in a row after I found it, it's so comfortable..but yet nice enough you can leave it on in a hurry, if something unexpected comes up.
Well, sometimes I also get something thats not Finnish design or vintage at all. But H&M. Love the pattern and the flowy cut. This is made for those hot days, when you feel like even underwear is too much...
I felt like I needed at least one more formal blouse in my wardrobe, and this was an immediate crush with the black lined collar.
I've started to buy many vintage clothes in order to sell them forward, or actually I'm collecting them so I could open my own Etsy-shop. It's such a shame I didn't start this earlier, thinking of all the finds I've left behind just 'cos they didn't fit ME..When they could've been perfect for somebody else. This beautiful rosy dress is actually almost my size, but would be perfect on somebody with little more curves. Besides that better camera, I'd love a mannequin doll, so you could see the it clearer. Now it looks like someone's aunt's funeral dress.. And it really isn't anything like that!
White crepe blouse to add to my "for sale"-collection. Would keep it myself, but it's size 40 in womens European sizes, so again little too big for me. Mint vintage condition, love the collar and the fabrik covered buttons. <3
More extraordinary find, made in Finland and in very good condition. Cost me two euros. My size but not my style, so it also goes to the "for sale"-collection.
Last but not least, a long Marimekko cotton cardigan, don't know how somebody could sell this for three euros, but now it's mine mine mine! :)
